Increased interest forced the company to start the projecting and the construction of multipurpose shopping malls with adequate interiors and the necessary engineering installation. Apart from the buildings presented here, construction started of the shopping mall in the town Krasnogorsk in the Moscow region, total surface over 30.000 m2.

Retail work includes multipurpose malls in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Nizhny Novgorod, and a large mall in Krasnogorsk of more than 30.000 m2.
