The main reconstructions of existing buildings have become the base building works in the centers of the big cities, especially of Moscow, because by the conservation and the restoration of the original facades is kept the historic picture of the city. Presented here is the reconstruction of the monument of culture known as “Dom Gercena”, the building “Venski Dom” in Petrovka street, then the reconstruction and the attached construction of the business building and the Ritz Hotel, both in the region Krasnopresnensky, Moscow.
