Planned and worked out 2001-2004

The building of  „Dramatic theatre“ in Sarov city, Nizegorodskaja region is began at 2002. The big hall can accept 528 spectators, and the small one  128 spectators. Total area of the theatre is over 50.000 m2. According to the idea of the archictect, the building units architectural styles from different historical epochs, which has been replaced at this area. This building is equipped with modern engineer systems and the scene equipment, necessary for normal work of the same theatre.

Building P+1 is worked out near existing airport hanger, in 1993. On the area od 200 m2 there are waiting room, caffe-bar and custom control. To all VIP passengers is permitted the access by car to the terminal building, as they could go aboard directly in the airplains located immediatly in front of the terminal.

Reconstructed on  1993., completed during 1995-1996

Hotel „Ritz“ in Moscow, of the area of 2.200 m2 was reconstructed on 1993, and the original facades were kept. By reconstruction was included also whole interior of the hotel, as well as  the replacement of all engineer systems… -> more details

Two years later appeared a need for important increasing of the number of apartments, and therefore were built two additional wings connected to the main building, of the total area of 4.000 m2. All necessary engineer systems were built in, including also additional elevators.

Under project phase since 2007.

The college of boarding type at the land area of 13,90 ha. School complex consists of: shool for 150 pupils, area of 6450 m2, bedrooms and closed sports centre. Total area of „School complex“ is about 12.000,00 m2. The facade is made in victorian style.

The construction of college is predicted for spring 2008.
