THE COMPLEKS OF "SOUTHERN ENTRANCE CVK „EKSPOCENTAR“

Projected and constructed from  1992 to 1994. rebuilt in  2003-2004.

The complex "Southern entrance" is composed of three buildings - "The Information Center", "The Congress Center" and "The Administration of the Complex". The projecting and the construction works lasted for two years. Total surface of the building complex is 8.500 m2. the design of all the buildings is done in the identical style, with inclined glass facades, the inclination is 60 degrees, if looked from the river Moscow. Green- blue colour of the glass is identical to the colour  on the facades of the pavilion "Forum" and it makes the known architectural  form of the complex from the river Moscow. In the buildings of the "Southern entrance" apart from constructive there were conducted also interior works and installed all the engineering systems.

Ten years later in 2003 there was built the building "the Administration of the Complex" with new 1.100m2, and together with the entrance stairs and the hall, which were built in 1997, the complex "Southern entrance" functionally as well as  esthetically finished.

After the reconstruction of the building together with the enlargement of dimensions and the number of floors the investor  got a modern business building with the surface  about 3.600 m2, located nearby the building of the Parliament of Russian Federation… -> more details

Projected and reconstructed from 1998-1999

The building represents the monument of the culture and it is situated exactly in the center of Moscow and it is well known as "Dom Gracena" . After the reconstruction and the restoration, until than totally ruined building has become a modern business  building. Among them  there are two buildings of the complex of the "Southern entrance" in CVK "Expocenter" in Moscow to be specially mentioned; these are the administrative buildings in the streets   Sivcev Vražek, Ročdeljskaja, i Uljanovskaja, all in the center of Moscow.
